  • Can you order up until 8:30 p.m. and get medications the same day?

    To ensure medication availability, AccuScripts Pharmacy will take new orders up until 8:30pm Monday-Friday, 6:00pm on Saturday, and 5:00pm on Sunday and deliver them the same night.

     

  • Is your pharmacy open 365 days per year?

    AccuScripts Pharmacy is open all year including holidays and weekends.

     

  • Does your pharmacy call each evening to determine if there are late admissions to assure medication availability?

    AccuScripts Pharmacy’s Call-and-Wait Program is designed to help ensure any late admission orders from your facility are received by the pharmacy prior to the end of the day. The pharmacist will call a designated person at your facility and determine if there is a need for pharmacy staff to wait for orders needed the same night.

     

  • Does your pharmacy offer COVID-19 Vaccination Clinics?

    Yes, we do!

     

  • Does your pharmacy send non-covered medications ONLY after you give approval?

    No surprise non-covered charges on your invoice; AccuScripts Pharmacy must obtain approval to bill the facility for any non-covered medications using parameters set-up by the facility.

     

  • Do you receive quarterly business reviews that identifies the pharmacy’s performance as well as statistics of services provided including monthly audits?

    AccuScripts Pharmacy will provide a quarterly report showing key performance indicators such as number of orders, ASAP deliveries, accuracy report, pharmacy backorders, facility’s medication storage audits, and consultant review summaries.

     

  • Are your medications timely to ensure medication availability?

    AccuScripts Pharmacy works with their customers to determine the best delivery time ranges as well as the appropriate number of routine deliveries per day.

     

  • Are all of your medical records, billing and customer service needs handled at one site?

    Located in Westlake, Ohio, AccuScripts Pharmacy’s entire operations are at one site. During hours of operation, your call is greeted by a friendly pharmacy associate who will direct you to the appropriate person immediately.

     

  • Does your pharmacy reduce your time spent on prior authorizations?

    AccuScripts Pharmacy will implement whatever tool is necessary to help take the burden of prior authorization paperwork off of the facility and their providers. This includes setting up an agency with prescribers to be able to sign on their behalf, recommending alternative medications, and completing as much of the process as possible from the pharmacy prior to sending to the prescribers.
